Amendments to Regulations on Recruitment, Promotion, Foreign Language and Computer Proficiency Standards for Vietnamese Officials and Public Employees

Here is the notable content of Resolution 100/2019/QH14 concerning the questioning activities at the 8th session, 14th National Assembly.

To be specific, regarding the internal affairs sector, the National Assembly requests the Government of Vietnam, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, ministries, and sectors to:

- Continue implementing the roadmap for organizing, streamlining payrolls, and restructuring the contingent of officials and public employees;- Amend, supplement, and issue new regulations on recruitment, appointment, re-appointment, resignation, and the rating of the quality of officials and public employees in compliance with the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Cadres, Civil Servants, and the Law on Public Employees;- Review and complete regulations on standards and conditions for diplomas and certificates, especially the regulations on computer literacy and foreign language proficiency requirements for recruitment, examination, and promotions of public employees;- Research preferential policies in recruitment, training, fostering, and utilization of officials and public employees who are ethnic minorities;- ...
