Amendments to regulations on persona papers prescribed in 8 Circulars of Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam

Amendments to regulations on persona papers prescribed in 8 Circulars of Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam  

Circular No. 13/2023/TT-BVHTTDL amends regulations on personal papers in several Circulars promulgated by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam as follows: 

- Amendments to Circular No. 07/2004/TT-BVHTT on guidelines on procedures for registering national relics, antiques, and treasures; 

- Amendments to Circular No. 13/2010/TT-BVHTTDL on procedures for requesting recognition of national treasures; 

- Amendments to Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BVHTTDL and Decree No. 181/2013/ND-CP elaborating and guiding the implementation of the Law on Advertising and Decree No. 181/2013/ND-CP elaborating on the implementation of the Law on Advertising; 

- Amendments to Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BVHTTDL promulgating several forms of administrative procedures concerning sports;

- Amendments to Circular No. 07/2021/TT-BVHTTDL on professional sports training for trainers;

- Amendments to Circular No. 28/2014/TT-BVHTTDL on the management of trading of international goods under the cultural management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam;

- Amendments to Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BVHTTD on amendments to Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL guiding Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP on the management of the import and export of cultural products for non-commercial purposes; 

- Amendments to Circular No. 01/2020/TT-BVHTTDL on forms of documents notifying the establishment, merger, consolidation, division, dissolution, and termination of the operations of libraries. 

Heads of agencies and units affiliated with the Ministry; People’s Committees of provinces and centrally affiliated cities; Directors of Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Departments of Culture and Sports of provinces and centrally affiliated cities, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall implement Circular No. 13/2023/TT-BVHTTDL.
