Circular 43/2022/TT-BTC stipulates guidelines on the management and use of state budget funds for protection to ensure the work of international treaties and international agreements in Vietnam.
According to the Circular, the expenditure level for drafting international treaties and agreements specified at Point d, Clause 1, Article 5 and Point c, Clause 1, Article 6 of Vietnam's Decree No. 65/2021/ND-CP (for products that are international treaties, the last international agreement to be signed) is as follows:
- Draft a new draft international treaty: Maximum VND 8,000,000/document.
(Currently, the expenditure level is VND 8,000,000/draft document)
- Draft amending and supplementing draft international treaties: Maximum VND 5,000,000/document.
(Currently, the expenditure level is VND 5,000,000/document, and there is an additional fee for drafting an extended international treaty in Vietnam)
- Draft a new draft international agreement: Maximum VND 5,000,000/document.
(The current spending level is 5,000,000 VND/document.)
