Amendments to a number of administrative procedures on land in Vietnam

According to Decision 1085/QD-BTNMT, amendments to a number of administrative procedures in the field of land in Vietnam under the management of MONRE, include:

- 48 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the province, including:

+ 25 administrative procedures for the case where a land registration office has been established, for example:

++ Registration of land use rights for the first time.

++ Registration and issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets for the first time for land-attached assets whose owners are not concurrent land users.

++ Confirmation of continued use of agricultural land by households and individuals upon the expiration of the land use term in case of need...

+ 23 administrative procedures for cases where a land registration office has not been established, for example:

++ Deletion of registration for lease, sub-lease, capital contribution with land use rights, and ownership of assets attached to land.

++ Issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets to those who have registered land use rights for the first time.

++ Sale or contribution of capital with assets attached to land leased from the State in the form of a land lease with an annual payment...

- 24 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the district, for example:

+ Registration for establishment of the limited use right of the adjacent land plot after being granted the Certificate for the first time and registration of change or termination of the limited use right of the adjacent land plot.

+ Revocation of the Certificate issued in contravention of the provisions of the land law discovered by the land user or owner of property on land.

+ Register and grant certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets for the first time at district level...
