The Minister of Justice promulgates Circular 03/2024/TT-BTP dated May 15, 2024, amending 08 Circulars related to administrative procedures in the judicial support.
Amending and supplementing 08 circulars related to administrative procedures in the field of judicial support.
Specifically, adding Article 25a after Article 25 of Circular 05/2021/TT-BTP providing guidance on several articles and implementation measures of the Law on Lawyers.
To be specific, adding responsibility to exploit and use information in the National Database on Population as follows:
- Competent agencies, officials and public employees, individuals assigned to receive and process administrative procedures, and provide public services are responsible for exploiting and using information in the National Database on Population to resolve administrative procedures and provide public services.
- The exploitation and use of information in the National Database on Population are carried out as follows:
+ For online submission of documents: the information is extracted from the National Database on Population to automatically fill out the forms, and the person handling the administrative procedures does not need to declare. If the information is not automatically filled out in the forms, the person handling the administrative procedures must fully declare.
+ For paper submission of documents (submitted directly or by post): the person handling the administrative procedures must fully declare in the forms.
- The information subject to exploitation and use under Clause 1, Article 25a includes:
+ Gender;
+ Nationality;
+ Place of permanent residence;
+ Current place of residence.
In addition, the forms issued in Circular 05/2021/TT-BTP are replaced as follows:
- Replace Form TP-LS-01 issued with Circular 05/2021 with Form TP-LS-01-sd;
- Replace Form TP-LS-02 issued with Circular 05/2021 with Form TP-LS-02-sd;
- Replace Form TP-LS-03 issued with Circular 05/2021 with Form TP-LS-03-sd;
- Replace Form TP-LS-04 issued with Circular 05/2021 with Form TP-LS-04-sd; ...
