Circular 33/2022/TT-BTC modifying Circular 26/2019/TT-BTC 26/2019/TT-BTC 26/2019/TT-BTC guiding the preparation of cost estimates, management, use and finalization of funds in Vietnam to ensure the reform of the state administration promulgated by the Minister of Finance on June 9, 2022.
According to this Circular, the expenditure for administrative reform in Vietnam has been revised and supplemented as follows:
- The creation of electronic information to serve the propaganda of administrative reform:
Comply with regulations on investment management and application of information technology using state budget funds and relevant laws; economic and technical norms in the field of information and communication in Vietnam.
(Currently, comply with the provisions of Circular 194/2012 /TT-BTC)
- Expenditure on building and maintaining information technology systems for administrative procedures; expenditure on building, upgrading, managing and operating an administrative reform database system, administrative reform website; expenditure on digitalization for administrative reform in Vietnam:
Comply with regulations on investment management and application of information technology using state budget funds and relevant laws; economic and technical norms in the field of information and communication in Vietnam.
(Currently, comply with the provisions of Circular 194/2012 /TT-BTC)
- Overtime expenses: Comply with the provisions of the Labor Code 2019 and the legal documents guiding the implementation of the current Law.
(Currently, comply with the provisions of the Labor Code 2012 and Joint Circular 08/2005/TTLT-BNV-BTC).
Circular 33/2022 /TT-BTC takes effect from August 15, 2022.
