Amendment of Two Administrative Procedures Related to Tax Procedure Services

The Ministry of Finance has just signed Decision 2362/QD-BTC regarding the announcement of 02 amended and replaced administrative procedures (AP) in the field of tax management. To be specific:

Procedure 1: Registration for the issuance of a certificate of tax procedure service practice. The dossier includes:

- Application form for the issuance of a certificate of tax procedure service practice;- Curriculum vitae;- Notarized copies of:- College degree or higher;- ID card or passport.- 02 colored photos 3x4;- Certificate of registration for audit or accounting practice.

Procedure 2: Registration for the business operation of tax procedure services for Tax Agents. The dossier includes:

- Document requesting confirmation of eligibility for tax procedure service business;- Copies of:- Business registration certificate;- Certificate of tax procedure service practice of tax agent staff.

The above procedures amend and replace the procedures previously published in the List of TTHC issued together with Decision 1500/QD-BTC.
