Amendment of the Curriculum Vitae Template for the Establishment and Operation of Banks

This is the proposal for the simplification of administrative procedures related to population management under the management scope of the State Bank of Vietnam, which was approved by the Government of Vietnam in Resolution 59/NQ-CP dated July 04, 2017.

Amendments to the Resume Template as prescribed in Appendix 03 of Circular 40/2011/TT-NHNN for procedures related to the establishment and operation of banks.

To be specific: The requirement for the 15 fields of personal information that can be extracted from the National Database on Population will be omitted, retaining only the information on full name and current residence for the following procedures:

- Issuance of License for the establishment and operation of joint-stock commercial banks;- Issuance of License for the establishment of foreign bank branches;- Issuance of License for the establishment of joint venture banks, 100% foreign-owned banks in Vietnam;- Issuance of License for the establishment of Representative Offices of foreign credit institutions, and other foreign organizations engaged in banking activities.
