Amendment of 08 Administrative Procedures for Listing Securities from July 11, 2017

- Registration for listing shares of a company formed after consolidation in case:- The companies being consolidated are listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) register for listing on HOSE or;- The companies being consolidated are listed (on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) or HOSE) register for listing on HNX.- Initial registration for listing shares;- Registration for listing bonds;- Change of securities listing registration for the company merging businesses.

Decision 1282/QD-BTC takes effect from the date of its signing and issuance.
