Amendment of 05 central and provincial administrative procedures in the field of preventive medicine in Vietnam

According to Decision 3614/QD-BYT, 05 administrative procedures have been amended and supplemented in the field of preventive healthcare as stipulated in Circular 20/2024/TT-BYT dated October 14, 2024, by the Minister of Health regarding amendments and supplements to certain articles of Circular 09/2015/TT-BYT dated May 25, 2015, of the Minister of Health of Vietnam regulating the confirmation of advertising content for products, goods, and services under the special management field of the Ministry of Health. To be specific:

* Central-Level Administrative Procedures

(1) Reissuance of confirmation of advertising content by the Department of Environmental Management in case of loss or damage

* Provincial-Level Administrative Procedures

(2) Issuance of confirmation of advertising content for chemicals and insecticidal, antibacterial preparations used in the household and healthcare field

(3) Reissuance of confirmation of advertising content for chemicals and insecticidal, antibacterial preparations used in the household and healthcare field in case of loss or damage

(4) Reissuance of confirmation of advertising content for chemicals and insecticidal, antibacterial preparations used in the household and healthcare field in case of expiration as per Clause 2, Article 21 Circular 09/2015/TT-BYT

(5) Reissuance of confirmation of advertising content when there is a change in the name or address of the organization or individual responsible, without changing the advertising content

Additionally, Decision 3614/QD-BYT of 2024 also abolishes the content of 04 administrative procedures concerning the confirmation of advertising content for chemicals and insecticidal, antibacterial preparations used in the household and healthcare field, numbered 14, 15, 16, and 17 in Appendix 1 issued together with Decision 3904/QD-BYT dated September 18, 2015, of the Minister of Health regarding the announcement of administrative procedures amended, supplemented, and those abolished under the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Health from the effective date of Decision 3614/QD-BYT.
