This is one of the new points of Circular 244/2016/TT-BTC on the rates, collection policies, remittance, management, and use of fees for providing Judicial Record information.
Compared to the current regulations, the fee for providing Judicial Record information remains the same:
- The fee for providing Judicial Record information is 200,000 VND/person/time;- The fee for providing Judicial Record information for students, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and relatives of martyrs is 100,000 VND/person/time.
In case the requester requests more than 02 Judicial Record certificates at one time, starting from the 3rd certificate, the fee-collecting organization is allowed to collect an additional 5,000 VND/certificate (the current regulation is 3,000 VND/certificate) to cover the necessary costs for printing the Judicial Record certificate forms.
Additionally, the Circular also adds 03 subjects exempted from the fee for issuing Judicial Record certificates, including:
- Children;- Elderly people;- People with disabilities.
Circular 244/2016/TT-BTC comes into effect from January 1, 2017, replacing Circular 174/2011/TT-BTC.
