Amending regulations on Vietnam's VK form C/O issuance procedures

Circular 09/2022/TT-BCT dated June 1, 2022 amending Circular 40/2015/TT-BCT stipulating the implementation of the Rules of Origin in the Vietnam - Korea Free Trade Agreement by the Minister Industry and Trade promulgates, in which, amends regulations on Vietnam's VK form C/O issuance procedures.

Specifically, the procedures for granting and inspecting Vietnam's VK form C/O shall comply with the provisions of:

- Appendix IV to Circular 40/2015/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2015;

- Decree 31/2018/ND-CP dated March 8, 2018 guiding the Law on Foreign Trade Management on origin of goods;

- Circular 05/2018/TT-BCT dated 3/4/2018 on origin of goods.

At the same time, replace the Product Specific Rules (Appendix II) in Clause 2, Article 1 of Circular 40/2015/TT-BCT with the Appendix issued together with Circular 09/2022/TT-BCT.

Circular 09/2022/TT-BCT takes effect from August 1, 2022.
