+ Practitioners and establishments providing medical examination and treatment remotely must be responsible for the results of their diagnosis, appointment, implementation of treatment methods and prescription of drugs in accordance with the law on medical examination and treatment. , Healing.

- Remote medical examination and treatment activities must be performed by a person who has been granted a medical examination and treatment practice certificate, a medical examination and treatment establishment that has been granted an operation license and meets the requirements for medical examination and treatment. medical equipment, information infrastructure.

Resolution 12/2021/NQ-UBTVQH15 takes effect from December 30, 2021.
