- The Department of Natural Resources and Environment determines in cases of auctioning LUR where the area calculating the land levy of the parcel or auctioned land has a value (calculated according to the Land Price List):- ≥ 30 billion VND for centrally-controlled municipalities;- ≥ 10 billion VND for mountainous and highland provinces;- ≥ 20 billion VND for other provinces.

- The financial authority determines according to the land price adjustment coefficient method in the case of auctioning LUR where the area calculating the land levy of the parcel or auctioned land has a value (calculated according to the Land Price List):- < 30 billion VND for centrally-controlled municipalities;- < 10 billion VND for mountainous and highland provinces;- < 20 billion VND for other provinces.

Decree 135/2016/ND-CP has been effective since November 15, 2016.
