Additional narcotic substances to restrict from using in research in Vietnam
On August 25, 2022, the Government issued Decree 57/2022/ND-CP on the lists of narcotics and prodrug, in which additional narcotics are limited in use in the study.

Specifically, additional narcotic substances that are restricted in Vietnam from being used in research, testing, expertise, criminal investigation, or in the medical field as prescribe in List IIC (Constituent elements that may exist of these substances) are as follows:

- 4F-MDMB-BICA (4F-MDMB-BUTICA)
- AB-CHMNACA 2'-indazole
- ADB-BUTINACA

Vietnam's Decree 57/2022/ND-CP enters into force on August 25, 2022, and replaces Vietnam's Decrees 73/2018/ND-CP and 60/2020/ND-CP.
