Additional cases of repairing road works
The Ministry of Transport issued Circular 41/2021/TT-BGTVT amending and supplementing Circular 37/2018/TT-BGTVT on management, operation, exploitation and maintenance of road works.

Accordingly, additional cases of road work repair are added as follows:
- Periodic repairs include:
+ Repair and overcome potential points of traffic accidents;
+ Repair and supplement road traffic safety items; vehicle load testing stations, road toll stations, ITS centers and other ancillary equipment works specified in Clause 10, Article 2 of Circular 37/2018/TT-BGTVT in order to ensure the exploitation and use of public transport. normal, safe and efficient road process (including procurement and replacement of equipment and software that operate at the end of their useful life and no longer meet the requirements for management, maintenance, and operation of road works) set).
- Unexpected repair is made when:
+ Handling traffic accidents, black spots of road traffic accidents;

Circular 41/2021/TT-BGTVT takes effect from February 15, 2022.
