This is a notable content stipulated in Circular 01/2018/TT-TANDTC regulating the emulation and commendation work of the People's Court.
Circular 01/2018/TT-TANDTC supplements a bonus amount as a benchmark reward for individuals and collectives working in the Court sector, specifically:
- The bonus amount shall not exceed 0.2 times the statutory pay rate for one certificate of merit or recognition for individual awards;- For collective awards, the benchmark reward amount shall not exceed 0.15 times the statutory pay rate.
Additionally, other bonus amounts and preferential policies will be calculated in accordance with the provisions of Articles 68 to 75 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP, replacing Decree 42/2010/ND-CP.
Circular 01/2018/TT-TANDTC takes effect on June 08, 2018, replacing Circular 04/2016/TT-TANDTC.
