Addition of economic-technical norms for management and maintenance of inland waterways in Vietnam

Circular 01/2025/TT-BGTVT will add Section 4 after Section 3 of Order No. I and add Point 2.20 after Point 2.19 of Section 2, Order No. II at Section V Chapter I Part I of the Economic-Technical Norms in Management and Maintenance of Inland Waterways issued together with Circular 10/2023/TT-BGTVT as follows:

- For the management of inland waterways:

Night signal light inspection (*): 12 times/year.

- For the regular maintenance of inland waterways:

Painting of buoy frame and lantern: 01 time/year/set.

The economic - technical norms for management and regular maintenance of inland waterways stipulate the consumption levels of materials, labor, and machinery to complete a unit of work volume from preparation to completion to maintain the normal operating condition of inland waterways.

These economic - technical norms are determined based on standards, regulations, and management and maintenance procedures of inland waterways; used to formulate and approve estimates and prices for public service management and maintenance of national inland waterways.

The economic - technical norms for management and regular maintenance of inland waterways include: code, task name, unit of measure, work components, application provisions (if any), and the table of consumption norms; in which:

- Work components: Specify the content of each work step from preparation to completion of management and regular maintenance of inland waterways according to standards, regulations, and management and maintenance procedures of inland waterways.

- The table of consumption norms includes:

+ Material consumption level;

+ Labor consumption level;

+ Construction machinery consumption level.
