Addition of 06 New Case Laws Officially Effective from February 15, 2018

- Precedent No. 11/2017/AL on the recognition of a land use right (LUR) mortgage contract where the property on the land does not belong to the mortgagor;- Precedent No. 12/2017/AL on determining cases where the litigant is duly summoned for the first time after the court has postponed the trial;- Precedent No. 13/2017/AL on the payment validity of a letter of credit (L/C) in cases where the international sales contract forming the basis of the L/C is canceled;- Precedent No. 14/2017/AL on the recognition of the conditions of a LUR donation contract where such conditions are not recorded in the contract;- Precedent No. 15/2017/AL on the recognition of an oral agreement among litigants regarding the conversion of agricultural LUR;- Precedent No. 16/2017/AL on the recognition of a LUR transfer contract as inherited property transferred by one of the co-heirs.

These precedents are to be studied and applied in adjudication from February 15, 2018.
