Recently, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 33/2020/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 62/2015/ND-CP detailing and providing guidance on the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement.

This Decree amended the regulations regarding the responsibilities of the People's Committee and related agencies and organizations in the enforcement of civil judgments.

To be specific, Clause 1 Article 1 of Decree 33/2020/ND-CP stipulates that the direct management agencies, organizations; the representative agencies of the owners of those agencies, organizations, and enterprises are responsible for directing the enforcement request.

Currently, according to the provisions of Clause 3 Article 3 of Decree 62/2015/ND-CP, the direct management agencies, organizations of those agencies, organizations, and enterprises are responsible for directing the enforcement request.
