Abolishing a number of legislative documents issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam

On December 30, 2020, the State Bank of Vietnam issued the Circular No. 18/2020/TT-NHNN abolishing a number of legislative documents issued by the Governor of State Bank of Vietnam.

According to the Circular No. 18/2020/TT-NHNN, the following legislative documents issued by the Governor of State Bank of Vietnam are fully abolished:

- Decision No. 61/2000/QĐ-NHNN9 promulgating Regulation on officials and public employees of the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Decision No. 15/2000/QĐ-NHNN4 promulgating Regulation on controllers of the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Decision No. 249/2000/QĐ-NHNN9 promulgating Regulation on the implementation of democracy in the operation of units of the State Bank system;

- Decision No. 1087/2003/QĐ-NHNN promulgating Regulation on protecting State secrets;

- Decision No. 316/2004/QĐ-NHNN amending some articles of the Regulation on protecting State secrets issued together with the Decision No. 1087/2003/QĐ-NHNN;

- Decision No. 41/2006/QĐ-NHNN promulgating Regulation on operation of security forces in the State Bank system;

- Decision No. 45/2007/QĐ-NHNN on the confidentiality of each type of document, materials containing State secret in banking area;

- Circular No. 10/2009/TT-NHNN amending some articles of the Decision No. 45/2007/QĐ-NHNN.
