- Extend the validity period of the Certificate from 02 years to 03 years;- Do not require documents such as: Business registration certificate or Enterprise registration certificate; Tax registration certificate, etc.;- Reduce the time required for deposit before customs clearance from 15 days to 02 days;- Allow deposit in the form of credit guarantee in addition to the direct deposit at commercial banks.

Decision 1588/QD-BTNMT is effective from May 18, 2018.
