Abolish a number of Vietnam's regulations on granting international road transport permits

This is the content of the Circular 05/2022/TT-BGTVT dated May 25, 2022 of the Minister of Transport of Vietnam on the annulment of a number of regulations related to the grant, re-issuance and revocation of licenses of the Ministry of Transport. Circulars on international road transport.

Accordingly, a number of regulations on the issuance of international road transport permits in Vietnam are annulled, for example:

- To annul Article 6 of Circular 29/2009/TT-BGTVT on licensing international road transport for enterprises and cooperatives;

- To annul Article 7 of Circular 29/2009/TT-BGTVT on granting GMS road transport permits to vehicles;

- To annul Article 10 of Circular 23/2012/TT-BGTVT on agencies issuing transport permits;

- To annul Article 11 of Circular 23/2012/TT-BGTVT on the order of issuance of transport permits, introduction letter of application for license of type D1;

- To annul Article 9 of Circular 88/2014/TT-BGTVT providing for the issuance of Vietnam - Laos international road transport permits;

- To annul Article 10 of Circular 39/2015/TT-BGTVT providing for the issuance of Vietnam - Cambodia international road transport permits;

- To annul Article 9 of Circular 63/2013/TT-BGTVT on the order of granting CLV intermodal transport permits;…
