99 issued forms used in the field of business registration in Vietnam

On March 16, 2021, the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam issued Circular 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT elaborating business registration.

According to Vietnam's Circular 01/2021/TT-BKHDT, 99 issued forms used in the field of business registration in Vietnam include:

- 10 application forms for enterprise registration:

+ Application for registration of sole proprietorship;

+ Application for registration of single-member limited liability company...

- 28 forms of notices and other documents made by enterprise:

+ Notice of changes to enterprise registration information

+ Notice of replacement of legal representative

- 06 forms used by household businesses:

+ Application for household business registration

+ Notice of changes in household business registration information

- 07 Certificate of enterprise registration/ Certificate of branch/ representative office/business location registration:

+ Certificate of registration of sole proprietorship

+ Certificate of registration of single-member limited liability company
