Recently, the Department of Quality Management (QLCL) - Ministry of Education and Training has issued Notice 538/QLCL-QLVBCC regarding the List of Units Eligible to Organize Examinations and Issue Foreign Language Certificates According to the Six-level Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework and Information Technology Application Certificates.

Notice of the list of units eligible to organize exams and issue foreign language certificates according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework used in Vietnam (according to Circular 23/2017/TT-BGDDT) includes the following 8 units:

- University of Languages and International Studies - Vietnam National University, Hanoi;- University of Foreign Language Studies - The University of Danang;- University of Foreign Languages - Hue University;- Ho Chi Minh City University of Education;- Hanoi National University of Education;- Hanoi University;- Thai Nguyen University;- Can Tho University.

The Department of Quality Management does not take responsibility for the units not listed herein and the certificates that do not follow the published template.
