63 Forms for Resolving Complaints and Denunciations of the Police Agency

The Ministry of Public Security promulgates Circular 54/2017/TT-BCA amending and supplementing Circular 60/2014/TT-BCA on forms used in inspection activities, complaint and denunciation resolution, and citizen reception of the People's Police.

From December 31, 2017, 63 new forms will be applied for inspection activities, complaint resolution, denunciation resolution, inspection, supervision, and citizen reception instead of the 59 forms as prescribed in the current regulations. To be specific:

- 11 forms in inspection activities (from Form No. 01 to Form No. 11);- 10 forms in complaint resolution activities (from Form No. 12 to Form No. 21);- 09 forms in denunciation resolution activities (from Form No. 22 to Form No. 30);- 12 forms in the activities of citizen reception and handling letters (from Form No. 31 to Form No. 42);- 07 forms in inspection and supervision activities (from Form No. 43 to Form No. 49);- 14 forms for general use and other related tasks (from Form No. 50 to Form No. 63).
