The 5 Applications on the Dedicated real-time data transmission network of Communist Party of Vietnam and State agencies include:

- Applications serving Communist Party agencies;

- Applications serving the e-Government and digital Government of Vietnam;

- Applications serving the National Assembly;

- Applications serving the direction and administration of the Government of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam;

- Other applications serving Communist Party and State agencies.

The 04 services on the Dedicated real-time data transmission network of Communist Party of Vietnam and State agencies include:

- Virtual Private Network services;

- Video conference services;

- Specialized Internet access services provided to the Central Office of the Communist Party, Presidential Office, Government Office, National Assembly Office, and central Communist Party agencies;

- Other services as stipulated by the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Subjects of Application of the Dedicated real-time data transmission network of Communist Party of Vietnam and State agencies

The subjects of application of the Dedicated real-time data transmission network of Communist Party of Vietnam and State agencies include:

- Communist Party agencies, State agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and member political-social organizations at the central level; Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, People’s Councils, People’s Committees of provinces and centrally affiliated cities as specified in Appendix I issued with Decision 8/2023/QD-TTg.

- Communist Party agencies, State agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and member political-social organizations at the local level as specified in Appendix II issued with Decision 8/2023/QD-TTg.

- Central Post Department.

- Organizations and enterprises related to the provision of services on the Dedicated Transmission Network.

More details can be found in Decision 8/2023/QD-TTg, which comes into force in Vietnam from June 1, 2023.
