30 annulled administrative procedures in the field of intellectual property under the management of the Ministry of Science and Technology announced in Decision 2060/QD-BKHCN dated December 25, 2017 as follows:

- Patent registration procedures under the PCT Treaty with Vietnam selected.

- Patent registration procedures under the PCT Treaty originating in Vietnam.

- Procedures for international registration of trademarks of Vietnamese origin.

- Procedures for international registration of trademarks with Vietnamese designation.

- Procedures for amending, supplementing, and separating industrial property registration applications.

- Procedures for requesting the recording of transfers of industrial property registration applications.

- Procedures for maintaining the validity of Patent Protection Certificates.

- Procedures for extending the validity of the Certificate of Protection.

- Procedures for granting copies of protection titles and reissuing protection titles/duplicates of protection titles.

- Procedures for registering industrial property transfer contracts.

- Procedures for registration of contracts for the transfer of rights to use industrial property objects.

- Procedures for recording content modifications, extensions, and premature termination of contracts for the transfer of rights to use industrial property objects.
