3 Cases of Revoking the Decision to Recognize Fertilizer Testing Organizations

Decree 84/2019/ND-CP on regulations on fertilizer management was issued on November 14, 2019.

This Decree stipulates that the Decision recognizing fertilizer testing organizations shall be revoked in the following cases:

- Falsifying, fabricating report data on the results of fertilizer testing;- Erasing, altering, making false amendments to the content of the issued decision;- Failing to take corrective actions when there is a conclusion from the competent authority that the organization does not meet the conditions stipulated in Clause 1, Article 40 of the Law on Crop Production.

Within 10 working days from the receipt of a violation notice, the competent authority that issued the Decision recognizing the fertilizer testing organization shall appraise the information and issue a Decision to revoke the Decision recognizing the fertilizer testing organization if it violates any of the above regulations; publish the decision on the competent authority's electronic information portal.
