26 newly issued administrative procedures in the field of fire prevention and fighting in Vietnam

On May 4, 2021, the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam issued Decision 2974/QD-BCA-C07 on the announcement of administrative procedures newly promulgated, amended, supplemented and fully annulled in the field of fire prevention and fighting falling under the handling competence of the Ministry of Public Security.

According to the decision, 26 newly issued administrative procedures in Vietnam, for example,

Appraisal of designs for fire prevention and fighting;
Restoration of operation of establishments, motor vehicles, households, and individuals in Vietnam;
Inspection of fire prevention and fighting means
Issuance of Certificate of Inspection of Fire Prevention and Fighting Means
Permits for the transportation of goods at risk of fire and explosion in categories 1, 2, 3, 4, and 9 by road and inland waterway motor vehicles in Vietnam (except industrial explosives);
Restoration of operation of establishments, motor vehicles, households, and individuals in Vietnam;
Issuance of a certificate of professional training in fire prevention and fighting;

Vietnam's Decision 2974/QD-BCA-C07 takes effect from May 4, 2021.
