2021 - 2025 period in Vietnam: To research and develop precedents regarding human trafficking

According to Vietnam's Decision 193/QD-TTg, the Program has a number of notable tasks and solutions on human trafficking prevention and combat as follows:
- Regarding prosecution and adjudication of human traffickers in Vietnam
- Research and develop precedents regarding human trafficking.

Exercise prosecutor’s rights and control resolution of human trafficking cases and ensure legitimacy thereof.

Promptly and strictly adjudicate human trafficking cases;

Choose and identify key cases, organize experience-learning trials to improve adjudication quality, publicize law education to the general public.
- Regarding victim receipt, verification, identification, rescue, and protection in Vietnam

Receive, verify, identify, and rescue human trafficking victims in a manner revolving around the victims; provide initial essential support as per the law.

Implement solutions for ensuring information security and safety for victims and their relatives.
