Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Circular 56/2020/TT-BCT amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 32 /2018/TT-BCT stipulates models, specifications, allocation, management, and use of numbers, signboards, badges, pennants, insignia, and uniforms of market management forces.
One of the important points in Vietnam's Circular 56/2020/TT-BCT is 02 additional cases where market managers are not required to wear market manager uniforms, specifically as follows:
The market manager is not required to wear the market manager uniform in Vietnam in the following cases:
Civil servants when going to trade or work with agencies and organizations outside the industry are not required to wear costumes or attend classes, training, and training organized by outside industries. They are not required to wear profession uniform, however; (the case is added in comparison to Vietnam's Circular 32/2018/TT-BCT);
Pregnant female civil servants;
Civil servants have not been issued with market management uniforms (the case is added in comparison to Vietnam's Circular 32/2018/TT-BCT).
