This is the content stipulated in Decision 344/QD-BYT on promulgating Guidance on Medical Isolation at Centralized Isolation Facilities to Prevent and Control Acute Respiratory Disease Caused by the Novel Coronavirus (nCoV).
According to Decision 344, individuals coming from or passing through Hubei Province, China entering Vietnam, and Vietnamese nationals coming from or passing through China returning to Vietnam will be quarantined for 14 days from the date of entry to monitor health conditions.
To be specific, the individuals under quarantine must adhere to the following recommendations:
- Practice personal hygiene measures, wear masks, and frequently wash hands with soap or other disinfectant solutions.- Measure body temperature at least twice daily (morning and afternoon) and self-monitor daily health conditions.- Report immediately to the assigned healthcare officer if any suspected symptoms appear: fever, cough, difficulty breathing.- ...
