11 Newly issued and replaced administrative procedures related to real estate business announced by the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam

Decision 907/QD-BXD announces a list consisting of 06 newly promulgated administrative procedures related to real estate business and 05 replaced housing-related administrative procedures within the scope of the state management function of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam. To be specific:

(1) List of 06 newly promulgated administrative procedures related to real estate business in Vietnam:

- Central level administrative procedure: Registration for the right to exploit, utilize the information and data about housing and the real estate market under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam.

- Provincial level administrative procedures:

+ Issuance of operational licenses for Real Estate Exchanges;

+ Re-issuance of operational licenses for Real Estate Exchanges (in cases where the License is lost, torn, burned, destroyed, or damaged);

+ Re-issuance of operational licenses for Real Estate Exchanges (in cases of change in information of the exchange);

+ Notification of the right to use land with existing technical infrastructure in a real estate project eligible for transfer to individuals for self-construction of housing;

+ Registration for the right to exploit, utilize the information and data about housing and the real estate market under the jurisdiction of the Provincial People's Committee.

(2) List of replaced administrative procedures in the housing sector

- Central level administrative procedure: Transfer of entire or part of a real estate project decided for investment by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.

- Provincial level administrative procedures:

+ Transfer of entire or part of a real estate project decided for investment by the Provincial People's Committee;

+ Notification of future formed housing eligible for sale, lease purchase;

+ Issuance of new real estate brokerage practicing certificates;

+ Re-issuance (exchange) of real estate brokerage practicing certificates.

More details can be found in Decision 907/QD-BXD, which comes into force in Vietnam from October 4, 2024.
