11 Industries and Occupations with High Risk of Occupational Accidents and Diseases

From July 1, 2016, Circular 07/2016/TT-BLDTBXH prescribing the implementation of occupational safety and health in production and business establishments shall take effect.

11 industries and occupations with high risk of occupational accidents and diseases (OAD, OD) include:

- Mining, coking, and manufacturing refined petroleum products;- Chemical production, manufacturing rubber and plastic products;- Metal production and metal products;- Production of non-metallic mineral products;- Construction work;- Shipbuilding and repair;- Electricity production, transmission, and distribution;- Seafood processing and preservation and seafood products;- Textile, garment, leather, and footwear manufacturing;- Recycling of waste materials;- Environmental sanitation.

Circular 07/2016/TT-BLDTBXH replaces Joint Circular 01/2011/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BYT.
