11 criteria for assessing quality of distance education program for higher education level in Vietnam

On October 09, 2020, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular 39/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulating criteria for assessing quality of distance education program for higher education level in Vietnam

This standard is used by higher education institutions for self-assessment of all activities related to the education program to continuously improve the quality of distance education. - Faculty members, researchers, teaching assistants;

- Staff members;

- Students and student support activities;

- Technological infrastructure, equipment, and learning materials;

- Management and implementation of the education program;

- Ensuring and enhancing the quality of the education program;

- Output results.
