11 amended fees for local administrative procedures for medical examination and treatment in Vietnam

On October 10, 2023, the Ministry of Health issued Decision 3813/QD-BYT on the announcement of the List of administrative procedures with amendments and supplements to fees according to Circular 59/2023/ TT-BTC dated August 30, 2023 of the Minister of Finance within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Health.

11 amended fees for local administrative procedures for medical examination and treatment in Vietnam

Specifically, local-level administrative procedures are amended and supplemented with fees in the field of medical examination and treatment according to Circular 59/2023/TT-BTC, including:

(1) Granting changes to the scope of professional activities in the medical examination and treatment practice certificate under the authority of the Department of Health: 430,000 VND/application.

(2) Issuing additional scope of professional activities in the practicing certificate under the authority of the Department of Health: 430,000 VND/application.

(3) First-time issuance of medical examination and treatment practice certificate for Vietnamese people under the authority of the Department of Health: 430,000 VND/application.

(4) Issuance of adjustment of medical examination and treatment practice certificate in case of request to change full name, date of birth under the authority of the Department of Health: 430,000 VND/application.

(5) Re-issuance of medical examination and treatment practice certificates for Vietnamese people whose practice certificates have been revoked according to the provisions of Points c, d, dd, e and g, Clause 1, Article 29 of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment under the authority of the Department of Health: 430,000 VND/application.

(6) Issuing a certificate confirming the advertising content of medical examination and treatment services under the authority of the Department of Health: 1,000,000 VND/application.

(7) Re-issuance of the certificate confirming the advertising content of medical examination and treatment services under the authority of the Department of Health in case of loss or damage: 1,000,000 VND/application.

(8) Re-issue the certificate of advertising content for medical examination and treatment services under the authority of the Department of Health when there is a change in the name and address of the responsible organization or individual and there is no change in the content. Advertising: 1,000,000 VND/application.

(9) Issuance of operating licenses for medical examination and treatment facilities when changing locations under the authority of the Ministry of Health (traditional medicine specialty clinics): 3,100,000 VND/application.

(10) Issuing an operating license for specialized clinics under the authority of the Department of Health (traditional medicine clinics): 3,100,000 VND/application.

(11) Adjusting the operating license for medical examination and treatment facilities when changing the size of hospital beds or organizational structure or scope of professional activities under the authority of the Department of Health (Traditional medicine clinic): 3,100,000 VND/application.
