This is the objective to strive for in the 2017 - 2027 period of the Scheme "Propaganda, education, mobilization, and support for women (WN) to participate in addressing some social issues related to WN" under Decision 938/QD-TTg approved by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on June 30, 2017.

aims to support women in tackling certain social issues with goals to be achieved by 2027 such as:

- 10 million women provided with knowledge and skills for preventing gender-based violence and domestic violence;- 30 million members, women, and parents with children under 16 years old educated on legal compliance, parenting education, and the role of women in ensuring food safety;- Support for 80,000 women lacking knowledge and skills, at risk of, or violating ethics and laws in prominent social issues;- No occurrence of severe cases of abuse and violence against women and children without the Association promptly voicing concern;
