Funding for the election of XV National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2021-2026 term in Vietnam will be used for the following purposes:

- Expenses for developing guidance documents to serve election work; reports and documents related to election work;

- Expenses for printing documents and publications serving the election;

- Expenses for developing, updating, and operating the website on election work of the National Election Council; expenses for equipment serving the Office of the National Election Council;

- Expenses for ensuring security, order, information, communication, guidance, and election campaigning;

- Expenses for organizing conferences: Conferences to implement election work, online conferences, consultation conferences, voter meetings, voter contact and election campaigning conferences; training conferences, briefing conferences, summary conferences, and commendation conferences;

- Expenses for directing, guiding, inspecting, and supervising election work activities;

- Expenses for public reception, settling complaints and denunciations, and supervising complaints and denunciations related to election work;

- Administrative expenses for election work.
