The key contents in the Plan to promote the value of data of the National Database on officials and public employees of state agencies in Vietnam include:

(1) Communication, dissemination, raising awareness, and responsibility of Vietnamese officials and public employees, agencies, organizations, and units in updating and synchronizing data on the National Database on Vietnamese officials and public employees, ensuring "accurate - sufficient - clean - live"; exploiting, using, and maximizing the value of data from the National Database on Vietnamese officials and public employees, contributing to the formation of a national data center system with synchronized and unified connections, simplifying administrative procedures and specialized administrative operations; meeting the goal of building a streamlined, efficient, and effective administration, developing the digital Government of Vietnam.

(2) Coordination with ministries, central authorities, and local authorities to expedite the updating and synchronization of data on the National Database on Vietnamese officials and public employees, ensuring "accurate - sufficient - clean - live"; Vietnamese officials and public employees must review and update information fields as prescribed; management agencies for Vietnamese officials and public employees must create, update, and regularly synchronize data on Vietnamese officials and public employees, digitally sign to approve the data of Vietnamese officials and public employees for synchronization with the National Database on Vietnamese officials and public employees.

(3) Connection and data sharing between the National Database System on Vietnamese officials and public employees, the Statistical Reporting Software of the Ministry of Home Affairs (thongke.moha.gov.vn), and the Smart Operation Center (IOC) of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

(4) Organizing inspection, evaluation, data maintenance, and data quality management within the scope of the National Database on Vietnamese officials and public employees as stipulated in Article 14 of Decree 47/2020/ND-CP.

(5) Building evaluation reports on the results of tasks assigned by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam under Decision 893/QD-TTg and Regulation in Circular 06/2023/TT-BNV.

(6) Organizing a conference to evaluate the results of tasks assigned by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam under Decision 893/QD-TTg and Regulation in Circular 06/2023/TT-BNV.

(7) Submitting to the Leadership of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the decision to amend and supplement Decision 356/QD-BNV towards the mandatory requirement to declare all information fields in the Curriculum Vitae form issued with Circular 06/2023/TT-BNV.

(8) Researching and advising the Leadership of the Ministry to submit to the Government of Vietnam a draft Decree on the National Database on Vietnamese officials and public employees (using electronic Curriculum Vitae in managing and using officials and public employees, creating, managing, using, exploiting, and storing electronic records of officials and public employees, electronic cards for officials and public employees, etc.)
