08 Circulars on tender in Vietnam to become invalid on August 1, 2022

Circular 08/2022/TT-BKHĐT detailing the provision, publication of bidding information and selection of contractors in Vietnam on the National e-procurement system, replacing the following 08 Circulars:

(1) Circular 01/2015/TT-BKHDT of the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment making of requests for expression of interest, invitation to bid, request for proposals for consulting services;

(2) Circular 03/2015/TT-BKHDT specifying preparation of invitation to bid on construction works;

(3) Circular 05/2015/TT-BKHDT providing specific provisions on preparing the invitation for bid on procurement of goods;

(4) Circular 14/2016/TT-BKHDT of the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment on guidelines for bidding documents for procurement of non-consulting services;

(5) Circular 04/2017/TT-BKHDT on guidelines for selection of bidders through national bidding network system;

6) Circular 05/2018/TT-BKHDT of the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment on guidelines for reports on bid evaluation concerning contract packages associated with selection of preferred bidders on national bidding network;

(7) Circular 11/2019/TT-BKHDT elaborating online supply and posting of procurement information, roadmap for application of e-selection of preferred bidders and management and use of non-returnable bid security and performance security;

(8) Circular 05/2020/TT-BKHDT of the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment on amendments to certain articles of Circular no. 04/2017/TT-BKHDT dated november 15, 2017 of the ministry of planning and investment on guidelines for selection of bidders through national bidding network system.

Circular 08/2022 /TT-BKHDT takes effect from August 1, 2022.
