The templates for the execution of civil judgments in the military in Vietnam from February 8, 2025 include:

- Professional forms regarding civil judgment enforcement are implemented according to Circular 04/2023/TT-BTP which guides the implementation of certain administrative management procedures and professional forms in civil judgment enforcement.

- Forms for civil judgment enforcement statistics are implemented according to Circular 05/2024/TT-BTP which stipulates policies for statistical reporting on civil judgment enforcement and monitoring administrative enforcement.

- Professional forms for administrative penalties are implemented according to Circular 79/2022/TT-BQP which regulates the issuance, management, and use of forms in handling administrative violations under the authority of the Ministry of Defense.

- Professional forms for resolving complaints and denunciations are implemented according to Circular 13/2021/TT-BTP which stipulates the procedures for handling, resolving complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections in civil judgment enforcement.

- Professional forms for temporary suspension of exit and entry are implemented according to Circular 79/2020/TT-BCA which guides the implementation of temporary suspension of exit and prohibition of entry.

- Professional forms for state compensation are implemented according to Circular 04/2018/TT-BTP which issues several forms for state compensation work; Circular 08/2019/TT-BTP which stipulates measures for the implementation of state management functions in state compensation work.

- Books and accounting forms for civil judgment enforcement are implemented according to Circular 78/2020/TT-BTC which guides accounting procedures in civil judgment enforcement; Circular 04/2023/TT-BTP which guides the implementation of certain administrative management procedures and professional forms in civil judgment enforcement and relevant regulations of the Ministry of Defense.

The Director of the General Department of Judgment Enforcement guides the use and supplementation of professional forms suitable to the particularities of civil judgment enforcement in the Military; directs the printing and distribution of books and file covers for judgment enforcement.
