07 conditions for research topics participating in the "Science and Technology Awards" for students in Vietnam

This is noteworthy content mentioned in the Regulation issued with Circular 45/2020/TT-BGDDT on the issuance of Regulations on the awarding of Science and Technology Aeards for young lecturers and students in higher education institutions in Vietnam.

Article 4 of the Regulations issued with Circular 45/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates that student projects participating in the 2021 Science and Technology Awards  in Vietnam must meet the following 07 conditions:

- Each project is primarily undertaken by 01 student, with a maximum of 05 other participating students, and no more than 02 supervisors, with 01 main supervisor;

- The project's product must have been published or applied in practice for at least 01 year by the time of the award application submission;

- The project must be evaluated and selected by the higher education institution for submission to the Award;

- The project must not have received or been submitted for any Ministry-level awards or higher by the time of the application submission;

- Theses and graduation projects are not eligible for submission to the Award;

- The work or project participating in the award must ensure honesty in scientific research;

- The author/group of authors must not violate the provisions in Article 8 of the Law on Science and Technology 2013.
