07 Circulars of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development to be repealed from February 05, 2024

07 Circulars by the Minister of MARD to be Abolished from February 5, 2024

Abolish entirely the following circulars by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development:

- Circular 48/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated July 5, 2011, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the national technical regulation on plant variety testing.

- Circular 67/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 17, 2011, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the national technical regulation on plant variety testing.

- Circular 24/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 19, 2012, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the national technical regulation on plant variety testing.

- Circular 33/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 21, 2013, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the national technical regulation on plant variety testing.

- Circular 05/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 10, 2014, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the national technical regulation in the field of cultivation.

- Circular 06/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 10, 2014, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development governing the Vietnam Golden Rice Award.

- Circular 28/2019/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 31, 2019, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development prescribing technical requirements for testing banned chemicals and antibiotics in aquatic food.

Partial Abolishment of 06 Circulars by the Minister of MARD from February 5, 2024

To be specific, partially abolish the following circulars by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development:

- Abolish Clause 1, Article 1 of Circular 55/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 28, 2009, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating national technical regulations on plant protection and quarantine.

- Abolish Clauses 1, 2, and 5, Article 1 of Circular 26/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 27, 2010, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating national technical regulations on plant quarantine and protection.

- Abolish Clauses 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10, Article 1 of Circular 71/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 10, 2010, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating national technical regulations on plant quarantine and protection.

- Abolish Clauses 2, 3, and 6, Article 1 of Circular 45/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 24, 2011, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating national technical regulations on plant variety quality.

- Abolish Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14, and 15, Article 1 of Circular 63/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 14, 2012, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating national technical regulations on plant quarantine and protection.

- Abolish Clauses 1, 2, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Article 1 of Circular 32/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 14, 2013, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating national technical regulations on plant quarantine and protection.

- Abolish Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23, Article 1 of Circular 16/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 5, 2014, by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating national technical regulations on plant quarantine and protection.
