07 administrative procedures under the management of the Ministry of Health to be amended in Vietnam

To amend 07 administrative procedures under the management of the Ministry of Health in Vietnam

07 administrative procedures under the management function of the Ministry of Health are amended and supplemented, including:

(1) 06 administrative procedures at the central level in the field of medical equipment and works implemented by the Department of Infrastructure and Medical Equipment:

- Procedures for new issuance of free-sale registration numbers for medical equipment in categories C and D that already have corresponding national technical regulations (document number of administrative procedures: 1.003925).

- Procedures for the new issuance of free-sale registration numbers for medical equipment of categories C and D that are measuring instruments subject to sample approval in accordance with the law on metrology (document number of administrative procedures: 1.002949).

- Procedures for the new issuance of free-sale registration numbers for medical equipment of categories C and D in the case of fast granting (document number of administrative procedures: 1,00215).

- Procedures for urgent emergency procedures for circulation numbers of medical equipment of categories C and D in an urgent situation for disease prevention and control (document number of administrative procedures: 1.010541).

- Procedures for the new issuance of free-sale registration numbers for other medical equipment of categories C and D (document number of administrative procedures: 1.002402).

- Procedures for granting a license to import medical equipment (document number: 1.003844).

(1) 01 administrative procedure at the local level in the field of medical equipment and facilities and implemented by the Department of Health:

- Procedures for declaration of standards applicable to medical equipment of classes A and B (document number of administrative procedures: 1.003029).

To abolish 01 administrative procedure in the field of medical equipment and works in Vietnam

In addition, one administrative procedure in the field of medical equipment and facilities under the management of the Ministry of Health is also abolished, as follows:

- Procedures for re-issuance of medical equipment import licenses apply in cases where the import license is still valid but is lost or damaged (document number: 1,01387).
