06 tasks of party committees, grassroots party cells and agencies in Vietnam

Specifically, 06 tasks of party committees, grassroots party cells, and agencies include:

- Leading the implementation of political, national defense, and security tasks;

- Leading political and ideological work;

- Leading organizational and staff work;

- Leading the Party's inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work;

- Leading and building party organizations;

- Leaders of political and social organizations.

For example, leadership tasks to carry out political, national defense, and security tasks are prescribed as follows:

- Leaders of cadres, party members, officials, public employees, and workers promote a sense of responsibility and participate in building and effectively implementing the political tasks of the agency in accordance with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's policies and laws.

- Leading cadres, party members, officials, public employees, and workers to promote initiative, creativity, and perform well the function of advising, researching, proposing, and recommending to agency leaders about necessary issues; regularly innovate working methods and practices, improve work efficiency, and perform assigned tasks well.

Leaders well implement Party regulations and State laws on encouraging and protecting officials and party members who are dynamic, creative, dare to think, dare to do, dare to make breakthroughs, and dare to take responsibility for the common good. 

- Leading the development and implementation of the agency's regulations on implementing democracy, promoting the ownership rights of officials, officials, public employees, and workers, and fighting against corruption and negativity.

Leaders take care of the material and spiritual lives and improve the working conditions of officials, officials, public employees, and workers.

- Leading the implementation of national defense tasks and maintaining political security, social order, and safety in the agency.

Strengthening internal solidarity; promoting the spirit of revolutionary vigilance; fighting to prevent and combat "peaceful evolution" plots of hostile and reactionary forces; protecting state secrets; protecting internal politics; protecting assets of the State and agencies.
