06 contents in the Plan to implement the Law on Prices 2023 in Vietnam

Specifically, the main contents of the Law on Prices 2023 Implementation Plan include:

(1) Organize propaganda, dissemination, and training on the content of the Law on Prices 2023 to subjects in appropriate forms.

(2) Organize a review of current legal documents on prices to propose amendments, supplements, abolitions, or new promulgations in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Prices 2023.

(3) Develop and promulgate legal documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Prices 2023.

(4) Strengthen and perfect the team of price appraisers, price appraisal businesses, and the Price Appraisal Council to meet regulations on price appraisal activities in the Law on Prices 2023; improve the quality of price appraisal service provision and price appraisal activities of the State.

(5) Review, consolidate, and prepare conditions to ensure good implementation of regulations on publicizing price information and price appraisal specified in Article 6 of the Law on Prices 2023.

(6) Strengthen coordination between ministries, branches, and localities to improve the quality of synthesis, analysis, and market price forecasting activities in performing the tasks of price management, administration, and price appraisal within the assigned authority and functions according to the provisions of Chapter V of the Law on Prices 2023 and other relevant legal regulations.

When organizing the implementation of the Law on Prices 2023 Implementation Plan, it is necessary to ensure the following requirements:

- Ensuring a unified direction of the Government and Prime Minister; close coordination between ministries, branches, localities, and relevant agencies in organizing and implementing the Law on Prices 2023.

- The heads of agencies, organizations, and assigned units must actively and proactively implement the plan on schedule, ensuring quality, practicality, and efficiency.
