More details can be found in Decision 35/QD-BGDDT which is effective from January 25, 2025.

The contents related to the 06 administrative procedures previously announced in Decision 2108/QD-BGDDT of 2021 regarding the announcement of the standardized set of administrative procedures under the scope and management function of the Ministry of Education and Training are annulled, including: Issuance of Certificate for Preschools Meeting Educational Quality Accreditation, Recognition of Preschools Meeting National Standards, Issuance of Certificate for Elementary Schools Meeting Educational Quality Accreditation, Recognition of Elementary Schools Meeting National Standards, Issuance of Certificate for Middle Schools Meeting Educational Quality Accreditation, Recognition of Middle Schools Meeting National Standards.
