Decision 1484/QD-TCHQ on the issuance of criteria for the selection, training, fostering management, and utilization of experts on customs valuation and experts on goods classification.

the selection of customs valuation experts must meet the following qualification requirements:

- Hold a university degree or higher in economics, foreign trade, business administration, finance;- Have at least 05 years of work experience in the field of Customs Valuation. Preference is given to officials and public employees who participate in the team of part-time lecturers in the Customs sector;- Be proficient in English or other common languages such as: Chinese, French, Russian...;- Be proficient in using computers, office equipment, and Customs management software;- Age not exceeding 55 for men; not exceeding 50 for women. Preference is given to officials and public employees with academic titles and those who have studied abroad.
