04 new circulars on salary ranking of teachers in public education institutions at all levels available in Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training has issued 04 new circulars stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and appointment and salary ranking of public teachers in preschools, primary schools, middle and high schools.

Specifically, 04 Circulars stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and appointment and salary ranking of public teachers include:

Vietnam's Circular 01/2021/TT-BGDDT stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and appointment and salary ranking of teaching staff in public preschool education institutions;
Vietnam's Circular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and appointment and salary ranking of teaching staff in public primary schools;
Vietnam's Circular 03/2021/TT-BGDDT stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and appointment and salary ranking of teaching staff in public secondary schools;
Vietnam's Circular 04/2021/TT-BGDDT stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and appointment and salary ranking of teaching staff in public high schools.

These Circulars detail standards for teachers' professional titles such as: duties, standards of professional ethics, standards of training and retraining qualifications, etc. In particular, the circulars guide the appointment and salary ranking for each teacher's professional title.

More details can be found in Vietnam's Circular 01/2021/TT-BGDDT, Circular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT, Circular 03/2021/TT-BGDDT, and Circular 04/2021/TT-BGDDT, which all take effect from the March 20, 2021.
